Announcement: Hear ye, hear ye
Aug. 10th, 2014 08:42 amThis is addressed in particular to cookleta fans (or former cookleta fans in case you've lost interest) in my f-list: (been a while since I last posted something that's not a fan work)
I was going through my fic folders to search for works in progress because I recently did a WIP meme in my personal journal. The whole process reminded me that I have about half a dozen unfinished cookleta fics. I intended to finish them all, but considering that my interest in the pairing has dwindled over the years (translation: I tend to focus on them less but I do still ship them), I'm not sure if I can find the inspiration to work on them. Well actually, I have mixed feelings/ plans so I'll list them down.

So basically, I've decided to finish 'Moonlight Garden' and 'Nightquest.' Whether I continue 'Beyond The Rink', 'Wishes' and 'Rendezvou' as Cookleta fics will all depend whether there are still people who are interested in reading them.
Let me just make it clear that this doesn't mean I will no longer write Cookleta because I have several one-shots in the works. But to continue something that was originally planned to be a lengthy (and I mean lengthy) story after leaving it on hiatus for so long will be difficult for me, especially if I fear no one will read them anymore.
Having said all that, how is everyone? Or more like, is there anyone here still using LJ? It seems people have moved on to other media. Are you into new fandoms/ pairings now? If so, why not tell me about it? I'd love to hear from you all. Introduce me to your fandoms/ pairings. Feel free to gush or ramble or whatever it is you do to fangirl/ fanboy over them.
