cloversworldI'm deeply depressed right now and needed something to do to distract me for a while so I'm posting this nonsense here. I did this meme in my personal journal 2 weeks ago and thought I'd do it here in case anyone in this account's flist would like to do this meme as well...
The 2013 Favorite Fandoms Meme:
The entire meme will be under the cut because I decided to add pictures. I presumed the 'this year' part of the questions was referring to last year (2013) so you might want to take note of that.
Ten Favorite Characters of the Year:
1) Uchiha Sasuke of Naruto (what? I'm forever in love with this guy. I even wear a shirt with his face on it)
2) (Corporal) Levi of Shingeki no Kyojin
3) Lelouch vi Britannia of Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion (an old anime, but an all-time favorite and Lelouch will always be on my list)
4) Asami Ryuichi of Viewfinder Series (were he real, I'll marry him)
5) Hatake Kakashi of Naruto
6) Nanase Haruka of Free! Iwatobi Swim Club
7) Matsuoka Rin of Free! Iwatobi Swim Club

Your Best New Fandom Discovery of the Year:
Shingeki no Kyojin. And I kinda discovered Code Geass really, really late.
Your Biggest Fandom Disappointment of the Year:
I can't think of any. Probably Karneval. Because as much as I adore the characters and the synopsis, the plot and the delivery of the story is somewhat all over the place.
Your Biggest Squee Moment of the Year:
When Rin threw his arms around Haru after they won the men's medley relay at the regionals (and I care less if they got disqualified afterwards because man hugs…)
Favorite Main Character of the Year:
Not of the year, but probably of the decade? Not even, because this was from a previous decade. Oh well…
Lelouch vi Britannia (of Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion), in my opinion, is one of the most brilliant characters ever created.
Favorite Villian of the Year:
Uchiha Madara of Naruto. Talk about bad ass. Plus… the man just won't stay dead, damn it!
Favorite Het Couple of the Year:
Oh crap! I'm not into het, but I'd say Jean Kirschtein/ Mikasa Ackerman of Shingeki no Kyojin (just to get Mikasa off Eren's back because Eren belongs to Levi)
Favorite Femslash Couple of the Year:
Not into femslash either but Ymir/ Krista (Historia) of Shingeki no Kyojin
Favorite Slash Couple of the Year:
Tough. I have so many in mind, but for a new slash couple, I'd say Matsuoka Rin/ Nanase Haruka
Fandom That You Never Expected To Get Into:
Karneval
Fandom That Made An Unexpected Comeback:
Eh? I don't remember any.
Fandom That Inspired The Most Crack:
I don't recall doing anything crackish either but I do have a fic in mind bordering into crack and it's a SuzaLulu (Code Geass) fic I plan to write for the 'body swap' prompt for Trope Bingo wherein Lelouch and Rolo somehow lost control of their Geass and used it on each other, therefore exchanging bodies, or more like consciousness and at the time, Lelouch had already started dating Suzaku. Of all the fandom that would inspire crack, IDEK.
Last Fandom of The Year:
Last fandom? If this means the last fandom I got into before the year ended, that would be Code Geass (man, I keep finding fandoms half a decade late).

Though I'm on the verge of losing interest, I'd say Naruto.
The Most Missed of Your Old Fandoms:
Cookleta. I miss the crazy times I had with fellow shippers and I miss the people I managed to be friends with through the fandom.
Predictions For Next Year:
Why do I have a feeling that I'm going to procrastinate more this year? But NO. I won't let that happen seeing that I have a lot of fandoms to use as inspiration to write fics or create arts. My prediction would be I probably will discover more fandoms (be it old or new) this year. So good luck to me ☺
